The lacrosse, or back field, is behind the swimming pool slightly east of the stadium/football field. it is an all-weather turf field. There are no bleachers at this field. Spectators should bring chairs as there is no surrounding grass to sit on either. From 101, exit Broadway Avenue (west) Turn left (south) on Carolan Avenue to Oak Grove - approximately 1/2 mile. NB: Carolan is the first light, before the railroad tracks. If you miss the turn onto Carolan, and go over the rail road tracks, turn left (south) on California Drive and then left (east) at Oak Grove (third light). Lot and street parking is available. This exit will wrap you around onto Fremont St. Cross Market St. and then turn left onto Pine St. Continue on Pine St. to Van Ness Ave. Turn right onto Van Ness Ave. (Hwy. 101 North). Turn left onto Lombard St. and stay in the left lane. Use the Lombard St. turn-out to enter the Presidio at the Lombard Gate. At the yield, turn right onto Presidio Blvd. At the next stop sign the Presidio Blvd. merges with Lincoln Blvd. Follow Lincoln Blvd. westbound towards the Golden Gate Bridge.
