Description
Hillview Flag Football is open to all Hillview students regardless of previous experience. Practices will be held on the Hiilview field at 3:15-5:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Games will be held at Hillview and opposing team locations any day during the week (not weekends). Games are played against local schools such as La Entrada, Woodside Elementary, Corte Madera and others. Each team will play approximately 8 games. The program will last from Sept 9 through Nov 7 (approx). First practice is scheduled for Tuesday, September 9. The season ends with a jamboree. Players must have mouthpieces to play in games. Practices Tuesdays, 3:15 - 5pm Thursdays, 3:15 - 5pm Practice Location Hillview School Field Games Days: Tue/Thur/Fri with possible Mon/Wed (very seldom) Times: Normally 4:00 or 5:00 Locations: Hillview and other Schools Registration is on a first come basis. Only the first 20 registrants are guaranteed per team (3 teams total, 2 teams for 6th/7th grades and 1 team for 8th grade). Once teams fill, others will be placed on a waiting list. The deadline to sign up is September 5 or when teams fill up. The past few years teams have filled up the same day registration opened. Registration fee is $177.00 per participant. The registration fee is not refundable once the season begins. Scholarships are available. To request a scholarship, please contact a school counselor.
