Team Summaries	Monroe Notes: No notes Edmonds Notes: SCORING: EDMONDS 5 5 5 0 - 15 MONROE 0 3 2 2 - 7 MONROE, Wash. Despite a strong comeback in the 4th quarter, the Edmonds Chiefs held on to a strong start beating the Monroe Bearcats 15-7 at the Monroe High School stadium. Edmonds was led in scoring by junior attackman Nick Peters who raked in a career high 10 goals and 6 ground balls. Sophomore Josh Rutz added 3 goals and 3 assists with 4 ground balls while sophomore midfielder Jordan Tindall scored 2 goals with 2 assists and 13 ground balls. Monroe never gave up, scoring in each period and outscoring Edmonds in the 4th quarter. The Bearcats were led in scoring by Riley Corey with 2 goals, an assist and 5 ground balls while Hunter Day added a goal and 2 assists. Monroe goalie Callahan Dunn did very well making 7 saves. Edmonds thanks Monroe for a well played contest and looks forward to our rematch on April 12.
